These terms apply to the Farm Your Calm mobile application, published by GoodDevs. By using the app you agree to them. They are short because the app is simple: it runs on your device, and we hold none of your data.
What the app is
Farm Your Calm provides general relaxation and wellbeing exercises presented through a game-like farm. It is offered for personal, non-commercial use.
Not medical advice
The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Some exercises are unsuitable for some people; the app flags known cautions, but you use it at your own judgement. If a practice feels wrong for you, stop. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a support line.
Your content and data
Everything you create in the app (your farm, your practice record) is stored on your device and belongs to you. We have no access to it. You are responsible for your device and for backups; uninstalling the app deletes its data.
Intellectual property
The app, its artwork, audio and text are the property of GoodDevs or its licensors. You may not extract, redistribute or resell them.
Purchases
If optional purchases or subscriptions are offered, they are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Purchases only ever affect appearance and scale of the farm; every calm practice in the app is free.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodDevs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
